Corey graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s and graduated in 2013, he then went onto gain a Masters in Musical Theatre in 2018 which led him to become a talented writer and director.

Corey has taken part in productions for 10 years before moving to Liverpool which include touring N. Ireland with an Irish comedy at the age of 16.

Since his journey in Liverpool he has taken part in various acting areas such as voice for Liverpool Everyman and has worked within Theatre In Education supporting Evolve (Charity) by writing scripts and directing young people to create work which was performed and approved by Sefton Council. 

Corey opened the Liverpool Irish Festival in 2018 with his debut production inspired by Brian Friel, which made the Top Ten Things To Not Miss at the festival according to the Echo and is currently developing this project further (Beyond The Green) which is aiming to be a fully fledged Irish comedy musical. 

Outside of the Academy, Corey teaches as the Drama Specialist in Alt Bridge School (SEN) and is thrilled to be working with such incredible individuals in LIPA and cannot wait to inspire his students with his creativity and acceptance.
