Anthony trained at the University of Salford and holds a Certificate of Education from Rose Bruford College.
With over 20 years’ experience teaching singing and drama to 4–19-year-olds, Anthony has inspired and developed the talent of thousands of young people. He has guided many students into further education, with dozens gaining places at leading UK drama schools and launching careers in the performing arts, performing on stages nationwide.
Anthony is a versatile performer whose career spans television, music, theatre, and live events. His performance credits include appearances on Hollyoaks, singing with Daleks for the BBC, performing the National Anthem at the Rugby World Cup before a 70,000-strong crowd at the Etihad Stadium, and appearing on All Together Now at the M&S Bank Arena alongside The Farm. He has also performed You’ll Never Walk Alone at the Hillsborough Memorial at St George’s Hall as part of the award-winning Sense of Sound Singers. His acting work includes numerous pantomimes, Shakespeare, and new writing. Most recently, Anthony featured in Reid Anderson’s music video for the single My Dearest Friends.
Alongside performing, Anthony works across multiple areas of the performing arts industry. He has served on the board of Culture Warrington, produced Farmaggedon, and worked as Theatre Manager and Programmer at the Epstein Theatre. He also managed the UK tour of the cult comedy play Rita, Sue and Bob Too, starring Jake Quickenden.
