Jasmine is an accomplished professional dancer, teacher and choreographer with over 10 years teaching experience in the industry.
She trained at Rare Studios on a full scholarship, where she developed her versatility across a wide range of dance styles, before being given the opportunity to further her training at the prestigious Broadway Dance Centre in New York City.
Jasmine’s professional career has seen her work alongside established artists including Kelis and Will Young, as well as perform on major stages and for high-profile events.
Her credits include BBC One Show Live, an Adidas campaign and the lead role in Netherley Hillbillies at the Royal Court Theatre Main Stage in Liverpool. She has also performed at Liverpool and Manchester Vogue Balls, Gay Pride, the Echo Business Awards and many other events.
As a teacher, Jasmine has worked with dancers of all ages and abilities across the country. She specialises in commercial, vogue and hip hop, bringing her professional experience, energy and passion into every class. Her teaching focuses on developing strong technique, musicality, performance skills and, most importantly, confidence.
Jasmine also works as a choreographer, creating competition routines for schools across the country. Her choreography has achieved numerous award-winning results, reflecting her creativity, attention to detail and ability to bring out the best in her dancers.
Jasmine is passionate about inspiring the next generation of performers and believes that every student should feel confident to express themselves, discover their individuality and reach their full potential.
She is excited to bring her experience, enthusiasm and love of dance to LIPA 4–19 and to help our students grow both as dancers and as performers.
