These are split in to three age groups:
- 7 – 9 year olds
- 10 – 12 year olds
- 13 – 15 year olds
- Saturday - 9.30am - 1.00pm
Weekly classes last for 3 hours, 1 hour is dedicated to each discipline.
All classes help to develop the skills and confidence that underpin any progress in the performing arts. They are designed to ensure that the student's journey to proficiency is fun, invigorating and rewarding.
How to apply
To apply for a place you will just need to complete the 'Apply now' online form on the home page and the relevant application will be sent to you.
The cost is £300 for a term. Fees are payable by direct debit in one termly instalment, three times a year. For all new students, their first term will be payable by debit card, prior to your child starting classes. The direct debit mandate will then be set up for all consecutive terms. A discount of 50% is offered, at application stage, for second same/step family siblings. The discount is applied to the lowest full fee.
Focus is placed on building knowledge and understanding of the acting process. Techniques include characterisation work and vocal projection. Students are encouraged to devise their own material as well as improvising with scripted material.
The skills covered include choreography, stage presentation, physical and spatial awareness. Styles of dance include street jazz, musical theatre, lyrical and contemporary. These classes help develop the body to use movement expressively.
We provide vocal technique training designed to secure the health and longevity of the voice, as well as developing an understanding of how the body produces the sounds. We cover a wide range of music styles such as pop, musical theatre and jazz.
